Why installing the COPYING file in %{_pkgdocdir} rather than just adding %doc
COPYING to the %files section ? this leads to an unowned /usr/share/doc/x265/
dir.
You should add a note about what part of the code is under GPL and what is
under BSD.
Apart from that, the package looks ok. I've quickly reviewed all point left
blank in fedora-review output. I'm short on time now for a formal review, but I
can do it next week-end or early in the following week, unless someone is
faster than me.
