[Koji] Maintenance mode this friday

Hi, One of our koji builder will be on maintenance mode this friday from July 21st at 8:00 pm UTC to July 22nd 5:00 pm UTC. Because it may affect others arches to succeed I will put the whole koji in maintaince mode from this period. If you want to submit a build this week-end , you will be abble to do it on sunday.
