There's certainly no reason why Michael shouldn't have access to the
existing build machine, regardless of any plan to migrate to a different
machine.
I didn't mean to imply that. But whatever: Xavier is the one that needs
access -- Michael is not involved in the infra group (he IMHO of course
could get access to both if he wanted to).
