[SONAME BUMP] aom version 2.0.0

Hi, I intend to bump the SONAME of libaom from 0 to 2 next week. Affected packages are the following: PACKAGE DEPENDENT DEPENDENCIES libaom-1.0.0-9.20190810git9666276.fc32.x86_64 go-avif-0.1.0-4.fc32.x86_64 libaom.so.0()(64bit) gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free-1.17.1-1.fc33.x86_64 libaom.so.0()(64bit) cinelerra-gg-5.1-58.20191231git3878a69.fc32.x86_64 libaom.so.0()(64bit) ffmpeg-libs-4.2.2-5.fc32.x86_64 libaom.so.0()(64bit) vlc-core-1:3.0.9.2-3.fc32.x86_64 libaom.so.0()(64bit) xine-lib-1.2.10-3.fc32.x86_64 libaom.so.0()(64bit) I'll bump gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free and go-avif in Fedora and seek the help of Leigh for the RPMFusion side.
