If may be nice, if you can explain in your review report why this package could not be included into Fedora. Ouer guidelines says, that rpmfusion should only contains packages which may not included into fedora. There are several reasons for it. It may be license releasted issue linke non-free but redistributable applications or other like patents issues or the fact, that the package contains kernel modules.
