Ok,
Are theses properly orphaned within cvs ? (all content removed and
explanation written in a dead.package file ?)

sdlmame and sdlmess have contained a dead.package file for quite a
while. I have added appropriate explanations to sdlmame-data-artwork,
sdlmame-data-roms and sdlmame-data-samples.
