--- Comment #20 from David Timms <dtimms(a)iinet.net.au> 2009-02-09 21:46:58 ---
(In reply to comment #19)
Since that is 404, comments refer to:
http://oget.fedorapeople.org/review/snowballz-1.0-0.5.beta1.20090110hg.fc...
I added some info about "call for developers" in the
description field of the
SPEC file. Currently we have "Beta1" in the "Name" key of the desktop
file that
will shine on the window title when one launches the game. Also the RPM file
produced is: snowballz-1.0-0.5.beta1.20090110hg.fc10.noarch
I think these give enough hint to the user that this application is not at a
final state. Do you think we should add more information?
No, that should be
obvious enough if someone is using PK install.
[OK] runs as advertised:
I see that pyglet is now in updates, and a newer pyglet is in updates-testing.
With the updates one, snowballz won't start, as I saw a few comments ago (with
GL -devel packages installed).
With the newer pyglet snowballz runs OK. Again, no crashes in my brief testing.
[OK] matches upstream source: since the source archive date changed since my
earlier checkout, the archive was re-extracted, and diff -ur'd:
diff -ur snowballz/ snowballz-1.0-0.5.beta1.20090110hg.fc10.src/snowballz\
\(2\)/
Only in snowballz/data: TSCu_Comic.ttf
- as Fedora font requirements require fonts to be in external packages, the
font was removed.
=====
This package, snowballz-1.0-0.5.beta1.20090110hg.fc10.src.rpm is APPROVED by
dtimms.
