Is rsync broken on download1.rpmfusion.org?

I run a local mirror for rpmfusion, and over the last couple of days, this is what I receive when I try to rsync from it: $ rsync download1.rpmfusion.org::rpmfusion/ @ERROR: chroot failed rsync error: error starting client-server protocol (code 5) at main.c(1516) [Receiver=3.0.9] Is there a different URL I should be using?
