[Bug 2101] Review request: vbam - High compatibility Gameboy Advance Emulator combining many VBA developments

Also to avoid duplication I have to build the latest SVN, rather than the releases, so the process is a little time consuming. As well, I'm working on 2 other packages that I wish to maintain and go to school full time.
