We might have a problem here. This looks like the discussion in bug 1992 about
a package which downloads non-free code. Basically, I would say this looks like
a blocker.
If i found a solution about your second hint, i will contact dropbox.
Does the license conditions permit re-distributing? If so, one could perhaps
download the blob and include it in the rpm?!

Hm. Also problematic since I presume that the builders does not have a display
available(?).

Do you now a solution for this?
Otherwise i will close the request and do what i ever did for 1 year,
providing the package on a external repo.
