ACL problem expected on F20?

I was trying to update mythtv and ran into an issue on F20: $ cvs commit -F clog cvs commit: Examining . ? clog **** Access denied: hobbes1069 is not in ACL for rpms/mythtv/F-20 cvs commit: Pre-commit check failed cvs [commit aborted]: correct above errors first! Is this expected or should I file an infra bug? I'm hesitant due to the large number of open infra bugs with no activity. Richard
