I don't know how long the current qt-devel will carry the virtual
provides
qt4-devel. It would be better to use BR: qt-devel >= 4.some_version in new
packages.

Please DO NOT BR qt-devel! qt4-devel is there to stay, it allows backporting
your package to older Fedora and RHEL releases more easily and it will also
help in the future when there will be a Qt 5. Please change it back!
