IMHO, fix it now if at all possible. Only if it's really not possible, then
request an exception. But we need to know why it isn't possible.
With the data we have, I'm against an exception.
Is my understanding that the boost-logging sources doesn't
represent a bundled
library since there is just header files correct?
That is also a bundled library, the system Boost should be used instead.
