Just a comment on your license:
I don't think redistributable would be advisable to use as it may imply the
source is not available. This is because typical redistributable is used for
non-free software that can be distributed freely. The licence in the URL you
posted is neither non-free or freely distributive, as there is commercial
restriction.
Note that I do believe that rpmlint will give you an error none the less if it
doesn't think it's a valid FOSS/OSS license. For example Proprietary is
rejected because it's not valid open source license, etc.
Perhaps something along these lines would help:
* Custom (Private Use Only)
or
* Custom (Non-Commercial Use Only)
You need not worry about that warning if the License is concise, valid and
representative of the actual license. Just make sure the license in the SPEC is
representative and is the same or equivalent with the COPYING file.
