Thx for your excellent work Julian!
Just a note that since there is no ABI break, there is no need to
rebuild everything, I prefer to schedule the rebuild at a later point
in the f26 development as we will probably have a mass rebuild there
anyway.
(and specially after the f25 release since I will need resources to
build the f25 repos in the coming days).
I'm fine to have the ffmpeg updated package (along with x264/x265
update if needed).
Thank you! ffmpeg-3.2 build has now been submitted. As requested, I will
not be queueing a rebuild at this point.

I do not feel qualified to review the patch in its entirety. What I have
done is incorporated some of the cleanups into the update.
