A couple comments :
- the .desktop file is not validated
- I'd rather use something like "find $RPM_BUILD_ROOT -name *.la -exec rm
{}';'" and remove the "%exclude %{_libdir}/*.la" line in %files
these were fixed

The spell checking is missing.
I'm a bit confused: I
require tesseract for spell checking, isn't that enough?
The development package must drag in its dependencies.
