build perl problem on mythtv

Hi,  in F25 I can't install mythtv-status because Requires: perl(MythTV) and perl-MythTV-0.28-5.fc25.noarch.rpm no longer provides perl(MythTV) the rebuild of mythtv-0.28-5.fc25   http://koji.rpmfusion.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1999 all build logs have 6 times : sh: /usr/bin/perl: No such file or directory and other 6 times  perl: warning: Setting locale failed. perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings: LANGUAGE = (unset), LC_ALL = (unset), LANG = "en_US.UTF-8"     are supported and installed on your system. perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
