I can see what you are saying Richard, but as there is a way of building
release with the debugging info, would this be more optimised? I don't have
enough understanding to know the best way to choose which option is better -
Gregory, would you be able to comment on what Richard says in comment 16.
Anyway, once this is resolved we seem to have a way forward with the debug
info.
I was thinking about the source code. If I were to post the source in the
fedora sticky in the pcsx2 forum, this would give a publicly accessible URL
that I could include in the spec: Would this solution be okay, Andrea?
In my excitement(!) about sse2 detection, I forgot there are other flags I
should patch out: -m32 -march=i686
I will experiment with this and other issues next week.
