if this require "unrar" is really optional, this package
should go to
fedora directly.
Note that you have to check that unrar isn't a blocker for the hellanzb
functionality fisrt.
Well I've just tested it without unrar, hellanzb gives a run-time error message
telling the user that the required executable, unrar, can't be found. So I
think this is a candidate for rpmfusion.
