Hello,
lpf-spotify-client [1] just have binaries for i386 and x86_64 , but
package it self is noarch , although, thinking now, maybe makes sense
possibility to install i386 package in x86_64 system .
In Fedora, we usually have
i686 "libraries" in the x86_64 repos to
install i686 proprietary applications.
But when the proprietary app is already x86_64, then I don't think it
make sense. It would duplicate the libraries need on end-users system.
Despite the lpf spec files can be noarch, the provided content is arch
dependent. Then I think it's better to have the spec file as arched to
properly mention which arch is supported.
(the libspotify library is available in others arches IIRC).
This is what is done with lpf-flash-plugin at least.
Btw, can we orphan lpf-skype can be orphaned ? I think it was set to
be deprecated by July (skype Linux users should use webrtc browsers
instead).
Thx
