A list of all removed packages from repos , on file rpmfusion_all.txt "-" means
that package was removed "+" means that package was added

Sorry, but I don't understand anything at all in your email. slmodem
is unmaintained since 2009.
What to do about about this list ? What are you trying to achieve ?
