[Bug 3553] Review request: cairo-dock-freeworld - Light eye-candy fully themable animated dock

* For FSF address issue, I would not change it myself, as license file should not be modified downstream. Anyway I will ping upstream, the upstream may fix it in the next tarball. * ld.so.conf file is actually not a "config" file (this file is not meant to be modified) and should not be marked as %config, even if it is under %_sysconfdir (this is in my opinion) * For wrong date, it is too old, I don't remember what is the correct date and I want to keep it as it is (as again I don't know what is correct)
