Well, the situation is clear: pycxx should be unbundled. I havn't
really come
to the point looking for other bundled libraries, but at glance I do not find
any.
This also means that this request is blocked on
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=835432.
The 'locate pycxx' cmake patch: things would possibly become easier if you
added a pkgconfig .pc file to pycxx.
Since his patch adds a CMake module, FindPyCXX, I don't think we need a
pkgconfig setup, however, we should probably add the locations we expect to
find the package to the find_package() call and conditionalize it based on
USE_EXTERNAL_PYCXX option so the other command line options are no longer
needed.
