ffmpeg-3.5 git rebuild for F28

Hi, I'm announcing my intention to update f28 ffmpeg to 3.5 git snapshot this weekend. The new build drops support for ffserver and libavresample. repoquery -q --whatrequires libavresample.so.3 ffmpeg-devel-0:3.4.1-4.fc28.i686 ffms2-0:2.23-5.fc28.i686 libopenshot-0:0.1.8-2.fc28.i686 libqtav-0:1.12.0-2.gitcbab79e.fc28.i686 ffms2 builds ok without libavresample It would also be a good time to update x264 to 153, perhaps Sérgio could coordinate with me?
