OK
But I have:
-- checking for module 'libslv2>=0.6.1'
-- package 'libslv2>=0.6.1' not found
Which was present already in F-10 x86_64 despite slv2-devel is installed.

Okay, I can make a patch.
Nice work.

Can you tell me which group need to be setup in
order to have rt access ?
Is it the same a pulsert for PA (maybe jackrt?)
If this is the case, maybe the warning should be explicitely to add the user to
such group.
It is at the last pages of the pdf file. It involves creation of an
audio group
if it is not present, giving special permissions to that group and adding your
username to that group. I don't think adding usernames automatically to a group
in %post is a good idea.
yep, specially as the accurate longer term fix would be to
add PolicyKit
support for that purpose.
(but I won't require this for the review).
* Any other info about the potentially unappropriate use of -DSTATIC_BUILD ?
(this seems hardcoded within the CMakeLists.txt)
