Kodi 19.0 RC1 available soon

Hello,

We're finally here. Release Candidate 1 was released recently and they've bumped
the 
PVR API version so rebuilds of PVR add-ons are required.

FWIW: I'm now using 19 RC1 as my daily driver and most of my v18 features and 
add-ons are working.

There is a build failure on ARM 64-bit and once it[1] is resolved I'll push the 
updates out.
