There's support for libbluray in mplayer trunk svn r31631, that's
probably the one you're the most interested in.
Also, there's support in mythtv, I don't know the details thought.
VLC also has something in the work, no details either.
I'm testing with xine. There is an input and a demuxer plugin available
out of tree. I have an rpm for that :

I think libaacs doesn't stand a chance for Fedora, so it's either an RPM
Fusion or Livna candidate, but libbluray might make it.
libbdplus is still not available, but I have some hope to get a snapshot
soon-ish.
