my last snapshot (when rsync was still working) is currently 5GB.
6.6 GB since the last push. There are still packages missing and the EL
repo is not populated yet.
Everything from rpm.livna.org is currently 16GB on my mirror. I
would
expect that rpmfusion will not be a lot more.

Yes:
- those 16GB from Livna include packages for EOLed Fedora releases
No:
- RPM Fusion repos per release will be bigger, as there are packages
from dribble and freshrpms as well
- RPM Fusion supports EPEL
- RPM Fusion uses a different repo layout with release and updates repos
So I suppose RPM Fusion will exceed those 16 GB likely sooner then later.
