very complicated for me. In the meantime, libskindesignerapi is included
in the package vdr-skindesigner

There are inter-dependencies among vdr-* packages. I think it's better retiring
older (still developed?) 'vdr-weatherforecast' from Fedora.
we should retire libskindesignerapi from Fedora.
It's not in Fedora.
