Zarko, this happened because you didn't update your CVS checkout and
worked on a local non-synced spec file.
And you shouldn't use cvs-import.sh for doing updates, exactly because
something like this can happen. cvs-import.sh is meant only for initial
import and even then it's only a convenience, not a requirement.
In other words:
1. Always do cvs update before committing anything.
2. Don't use cvs-import.sh for package updates. Use make new-sources
for replacing old sources and the usual cvs commands for the rest.
