Have you got redhat-rpm-config installed?

repack this is
OK, but you just need to add a comment in the SPEC about what was repacked and
why. Otherwise, just re-download the source and rebuild a SRPM so that the
sources match.
The original truecrypt sourcecode has spaces in the name (I was to dumb to
figure out the correct syntax so I extracted and repacked it)
I have added this to the spec file to explain it.
# command to generate tarball without spaces in name
# mv TrueCrypt\ %{version}\ Source.tar.gz trueCrypt-%{version}-source.tar.gz
