New livna packages automatically in rpmfusion ?

Hi, I just added a package (xv) to livna, and was wondering if I needed to do anything proactive to make sure it will be included (probably in "nonfree, due to its shareware license) once rpmfusion goes live ? This package is not in freshrpms or dribble, so there are no collisions there. Just wondering who's court the ball is in w.r.t. adding recent livna packages to rpmfusion... Thanks, Gabriel
