I would like to see this kept, its important to have support for as many
fileformats as possible IMHO, I'll pick it up if noone else does.

Erm, yes and no, it would be best to direct effort at porting any missung xmms
plugins to audacious and declare xmms obsolete, but until audacious is a full
replacement we should atleast keep xmms-mp3 alive.
Sounds like a good plan. Anyone here still using xmms and is willing to
take care of it? Shouldn't be much work afaics.
