AFAIK it seems to me that unrar is only used invoking the unrar
utility from
the command line. Therefore IMHO this package can go to Fedora.
Moreover, there is no unrar require in the SPEC file. There is only this
commented line:
#Recommends: unrar
Er, no, if you read the python, it looks like it has code to unpack rars if
commandline unrar is unavailable. I originally wrote the package intending it
for inclusion in Fedora, hence the lack of a Requires: unrar. But now, it
should be added back again (not a huge deal).
