It's afaics just a problem with really big packages -- ufoai-data,
mythtv and sdlmame are those where I noticed it so far.

I'm not sure if that really is a good idea -- I fear that could create
different trouble if to many jobs are active in parallel, as hardware
resources on the x86 builder are quite limited :-/
I hope that some of those problem should vanish with the reinstall of
the x86 builder (which will be done once the livna builder is not needed
anymore). The second x86-Builder will likely help a lot as well.
Could also be one of the bugs I fixed in Plague for Extras/EPEL.
It sounds like the race-condition in the file downloader.
