Can you explain what this means in terms of building XBMC with DVD support?
This means that you don't need libdvdcss at build time. At runtime,
if it's not found, libdvdread will try to open the DVD without libdvdcss,
which will work for unencrypted DVDs. If you install libdvdcss on your own,
it'll get picked up by libdvdread automatically. I hope that clears it up.
