Updating F27 and F26 ffmpeg to 3.3
Hi List,
ffmpeg-3.3 was released recently and I would like to suggest that we
update f27 and f26 to it. Unfortunately, mockchain is currenly broken
[1] which means I cannot proceed with my usual local rebuild. Any
suggestions how we could proceed?
