This was a temporary failure since the f27-nonfree buildroot was not
populated from any external repository.
It's fixed now.
That been said, I would suggest to use ExcludeArch: ppc64 ppc64le (or
even aarch64) so it only build on others arches.
As sergio said, the ppc builders are failing to download probably
because of network bandwith limitation leading to timeout. I'm not
going to look more deeply any time soon.
