See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/547532. BCI's only enabled in F15 and
beyond, so F14 still needs a -freeworld package. I'm not sure why
there's a freetype-freeworld for F15 and devel.
There's more than just BCI at issue, iirc, subpixel rendering per it's
