kernel-devel-0:3.16.6-200.fc20.x86_64
Thoughts?
If both provides "kernel-devel-uname-r" and are at the same version, then
the alphabetically first "kernel-debug-devel" gets installed.
I've tested it here by removing kernel-devel/akmods and happens as well:
$ sudo yum install akmods
