[Bug 1530] Review request: gstreamer-vaapi - A collection of VA-API based plugins for GStreamer and helper libraries

So in order to have the gtreamer-vaapi to work, there is a need to have either libva-freeworld or even vdpau-video-freeworld there. (the bridge to a VDPAU backend driver). That been said, I never succeeded in using this VA-API capability in gstreamer. (not tested recently thought)...
