I am not sure that creating a package with mock config is necessary,
It IMHO is not necessary, but makes things a whole lot easier for
everyone -- just like putting the repo files for yum into a foo-release
package ;-)

page on the Wiki with the relevant sections for adding into users' mock
configs could be sufficient.
I would never suggest that to people -- or -- that way lie dragons:
quickly someone will test-build a package for review in Fedora and not
notice that it requires something from RPM Fusion as dep. Rpmnewfile
that uers need to manually merge is another bad side-affect.
And when we will decide to create such
package then the configs should be based on the official Fedora one,
only with rpmfusion sections added.
Sure -- that's in fact what I meant indirectly with two of the points in
my mail. I should have written that directly...
