Because I'd really appreciate one to fix some confirmed bugs, like this one: Bug 2373 - Regression Prevents Subtitles from Being Turned Off https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2373 Upstream confirmed this as a bug that was fixed in svn r34996.
