While not strictly required by the packaging guidelines, I'd
strongly urge you
to use:
Release: 4%{?dist}
instead of your:
Release: 4
Otherwise, you'll have to bump Release for the different Fedora releases by
hand and it'll be really painful to maintain that, including upgrade paths.
