OK, I have some feedback on cximage (as well as some other
libraries), from
upstream:
"1) XBMC wraps cximage in a dll interface.
This is the actual cause behind
much of xbmc's bloat: Instead of using a
system's dynamic loader, they implemented an application-specific dll-loader ;)
