Hint: In mkbshift.c, replace all

gcc complains about with
%" PRId32 "
Are we to assume since there is no explicit grant to modify that it
can't be
done?
Well, that's what common sense dictates. One is can only be legally safe,
if
one has been granted a licence ;)
