UnitedRPMs might not care either, but given that it uses a lot of third-party US-based infrastructure, it should care. In fact, due to its use of infrastructure located in the USA, UnitedRPMs basically cannot safely ship anything Fedora could not also ship. The US-based hosts are going to pull the plug sooner or later. The LGPL license most definitely does not apply to the Flash player itself. Flash is proprietary software.
