The missing lame-libs package is because of: https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1166 Watching recent job.log files, it seems the ppc/ppc64 builder has been fixed. So, pushing a "lame" rebuild should result in a complete set of packages on ppc/ppc64, too.

P.S. It would be an exercise for somebody to compare i386 and powerpc repo metadata and try to find other powerpc builds, which are incomplete.
