But I don't see it :(
Then I searched for libshairport and didn't find it, my guess is that
it AirPlay support doesn't work without it.

Is manual compilation only way to get AirPlay support or it is coming
soon to RPMFusion version also?

It probably works better if you report a bug or RFE to the current maintainer
(with patch).
