[Bug 2444] Review request: mp3fs - A dynamic MP encoding fuse file-system

Did I miss something? Was there a next step I was supposed to take? I don't believe I have priv to build on the official build system. If it is just a matter of waiting for people to get a round TUIT, I understand. I just want to make sure I'm not missing something in the procedure.
